| Tony’s fab – friendly and helpful. I would recommend Tony to without reservation to any
students looking to live in a lovely, well kept house – it’s so nice we don’t want to
leave and are desperatly looking for another friend to make up numbers so we can stay in
one of Tony’s houses next year! |

| The girls and i have loved living here for the past three years. It was so nice we didnt
want to move. The house is really cosy and homely and is ideal for student living. It is
definitely one of the nicest student houses i have ever seen. Tony is a brilliant
Landlord and is always extremely helpful. We have had the best three years of a life in
this house and are really going to miss it. |

| Tony is a very helpful and understanding landlord, he has sorted any problems straight
away and is willing to go out of his way to help. Definately the best landlord we’ve had

| Opsi forgot to say-the house is lovely too. We find it very homely and there is plenty
of space for you to spend time alone or be together with all your friends. We love the
garden-theres lots of space for parties, bbq’s and all of you to sunbathe together.We
love Tony! |

| Tony is fabulous! You could not ask for a better landlord. He has looked after us and
the property very well over the past three years – hence why we have stayed here for
three years! Whenever there has been a problem (not that there have been many) he’s been
round almost straight away with his tools. He is always at the end of the phone (or
text) when needed. Thanks Tony! |
